SITUATION: Village Harvest hired us to drive grocery store traffic from the dried rice aisle to the (seemingly impossible) frozen foods freezer to buy rice that pours like cereal and eats like perfection.
APPROACH: How do you get consumers to change the way they approach a product on a certain aisle in the store? First, catch them where they shop (floor graphics, shelf danglers), then you support that with well-executed point of sale. We showed the rice pouring like cereal onto a fork to get the point across. We also developed a brand matrix to keep all colors and products in a logical order, so the consumer didn’t have to work too hard to find the exact thing they were looking for.
